I don't think they deliver but you want to enjoy the ambiance of the place anyway. They have great food!

Aside from service animals, restaurants have health guidelines for pets. Aside from the obvious general courtesy to other patrons. E.g. allergies etc.

Congratulations on your move. My sister lives there and loves it. Their food is good and the place is cute. I would call them to find out if they offer anything on your birthday.
